Returns and Refunds Policy

HiTech Air Solutions (”HTAS”) provides a guarantee for 30 days from the time the Air Reactor is delivered. If for any reason the unit is returned to HTAS within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge up to 15% Restocking fee on all refunds.

All shipping costs are excluded and the customer is responsible for shipping the unit back to HTAS. Upon return, the unit will be examined for any damage (unit must be returned without any damage). If the unit has been tampered with in any way or any damage is notable, the 30 days guarantee is void or null. 

THE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO SALES OUTSIDE OF THE USA. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE.
